Since a child shows his interest in electronic music, an interest which led him to become a DJ and producer of Techno / Minimal ,under the pseudonym Jeffrey Hendrix. Jimma nasce a Vicenza nel 76, e già dai primi anni comincia ad amare il
dolce e colorato mondo della musica.
Si avvicina ai piatti negli anni 90, iniziando a mixare la musica dance.
Nello stesso tempo cresce però una grande passione: l'hip hop.
Quindi oltre al mix si aggiunge anche lo scratch; inserendo nelle selezioni sempre
più rap.
Un bel giorno con un paio di amici si decide di mettere su un bel gruppetto rap
Da qui partono le prime serie esperienze, però dopo non molto il gruppo
si scioglie, ma mr. jimma e il suo fido amico Fra vanno avanti.
Intanto mentre suonava qua e là nei locali (a gratis), un giorno decide di mettere
su la Centro Prod: piccola realtà col compito di diffondere l'hip hop nelle sue forme
originali: rap, djing, aerosol art, breaking.
Qundi comincia a creare i primi mixtapes e dopo un pò si unisce anche Fra
per creare una fanzine che parli solo dell'hip hop: nasce Dal Centro.
Seguono poi varie esperienze con altri gruppi: ma la pseudo svolta avviene
con l'uione di un altro componente: Silo: nasce il nuovo gruppo
Garage N4.
La Centro Prod finalmente ha anche una sua piccola sede, dove realizza il
primo demo: "Fammela Sentire"
Come dj intanto, jimma suona in vari locali e durante la scuola partecipa anche ad
un piccolo contest di dj dove vince e in seguito viene invitato a suonare come dj-resident.
Con il gruppo iniziano una serie di bei live uno anche con la Malaisa e Ice One.
Dopo la nascita dello studio "Centro prod" jimma idealizza una nuova realtà
la "jimmaland music",ovvero la musica e basta!nessuna etichetta!
Remix e tanti progetti,molti futuri, faranno parte di questa realtà.
Generi principali per ora: ovvero house/elettronica, drum'n'bass e turntablism.

JimmaUnico, nasce come dj suonando in vari pub e locali del vicentino, proponendo musica rap.Fonda la Centro Prod circa 6/7 anni fa, sviluppando l'attività di dj/produttore ed mc.
Questa piccola comunity aveva l'intento, di divulgare l'hip hop a 360 gradi.
L'attività principale di Jimma erano i mixtapes, e poi con l'unione di "Fra" nasce la fanzine intitolata "Dal Centro".
Il passo seguente è il gruppo rap "Garage n4" dove JimmaUnico produce il demo "Fammela Sentire", esibendosi in diversi concerti, uno anche da spalla a Malaisa e IceOne.
Jimma suona come dj in vari locali, e in un garage adibito a “studio” assieme ad amici va avanti con le produzioni rap per il gruppo, per amici e come solista.
Un'altra passione, o per meglio dire necessità, per jim è la poesia, infatti con o senza musica si è smepre dilettato a scrivere partecipando anche diversi concorsi con piccole pubblicazioni su libri.
Come solista produce tre canzoni, tra cui una soprattutto,”Cuore&Stella”, riceve un grosso riscontro di download sul sito “vitaminic”.
Dopodiché, il gruppo si scioglie e Mr Jimma sviluppa la sua creatività davanti al monitor di un computer, cominciando a sperimentare con la musica house.
L'evoluzione artistica porta jimma a distaccarsi dall'hip hop, oramai ottuso e ridicolo e si dedica appassionandosi, all'elettronica, musicale e non con un suo piccolo home studio.
Nel 2003 sotto il nome "Jimmaland" partecipa al concorso "Vicenza NetMusic" finendo tra i 20 finalisti con il pezzo "The Place of Everything"
Nell'Aprile del 2004 esce la compilation "vicenzaNetmusic" con il suddeto brano all'interno.
Oltre ai classici giradischi, il computer è il mezzo che permette a jimma di esprimersi al meglio creando dopo anni di esperienze un suo unico stile nella composizione e nella produzione.
